...and it gave me the heebie-jeebies.
Fortunately, moments later (not an exaggeration), I also got a robo-call from Barack Obama, which effectively counteracted the Palin-induced heebie-jeebies.
(FYI - We have a big runoff election here in Georgia tomorrow, for a Senate seat, which is why we're getting robo-calls from political luminaries and dim-bulbs alike.)

You see it's the name calling that totally discounts your cred. If you don't like someone you label them stupid. Hence my name. I know, you feel completely justified. That's the problem.
That was a joke. And if you can't get that, I think you're discounting your own cred. (And, by the way, I never claimed to have any cred.)
You're right though - I don't like Sarah Palin. I don't think she's stupid - you don't get to be a governor by being stupid - but I don't think she's any more intelligent than the average person, and I believe our national leaders, and those who wish to become national leaders - regardless of party - need to be of above-average intelligence. Way above average, in fact. Aside from being a very gifted campaigner and user of the teleprompter, I don't think much of her.
