Colin Powell Endorses Obama; So Does Sam Blake

This just in - Colin Powel endorsed Obama on Meet the Press. Clearly, good news for the Obama campaign, and not good news for John McCain. I think Powell is one of the few former members of the Bush Administration to get out with his good reputation mostly intact. Sam, my five year old, just asked what "endorsing" means, and I explained that it means Powell wants Obama to win; Sam said that means he's endorsing Obama, too.
